@HDFCBank_Cares Rohit from HDFC Bank just just making customer run for unnecessary without any reason.
One simple loan which is having all details as per requirement still me make me run like anything .on top of that he is replying due to heavy NPA account we won't be able to do it.

They are just making us run from last 65 days but no results yet.
