Every monsoon, Gurugram comes to a standstill. Roads become rivers, offices are disrupted, ambulances are delayed, businesses lose productivity, and citizens suffer. This isn’t just heavy rain—it’s decades of infrastructure failing to keep pace with the city’s growth.

Cities like Rotterdam, Singapore, and Tokyo faced similar challenges but invested in modern stormwater drainage, underground water storage, restored natural drains, and “sponge city” solutions. They adapted. Why can’t Gurugram?

It’s time to stop treating waterlogging as a seasonal inconvenience and start treating it as an infrastructure emergency. Gurugram deserves long-term planning, not temporary pumps and excuses after every downpour.

Absolute nightmare with @MGMotorIn and their worst service center—MG Sitapura Jaipur! 🛑 My MG Windsor (HR26FP1640) has been locked up with them for 20 days, yet still not fixed. Now they are trying to charge me for a coupler they broke! I drove from Gurgaon to Dausa on 11th July—if it was broken, the car wouldn't have moved an inch! Zero support from MG customer care either. I purchased the MG Windsor on 27th November 2024 (before December 31st 2024), enticed by the promise of a year of free charging. Now, MG has altered the terms by capping the free charging at 1,000 kWguh.

It is sole responsibility of the goverment to keep a quality and vigilence check on service provided by these contractors, if they are privatising departments and they are charging that higher price from customers so customer also expect a good services in return.

Humble request to @IRCTCofficial to keep a quality and vigilence check on catering contractors in train, as these people are misleading the travellers and selling thali at Rs180 and this rate is no where in the menu and I see no difference in thali of Rs 80.
