@AkashMAmbani I am using Jio Sim since more than 10 years as primary SIM, as the SIM is inactive, I cant access banking apps, struggling to transfer funds, I have specifically mentioned this to Jio care, however they are still silent, no emapthy, no emotions, no responsibilty for customers.

@AkashMAmbani @AkashMAmbani Sir, I had similar faith with Jio, however not getting support. I am currently in Australia and my SIM was damaged due to some issue last week, I tried reaching Jio team, completed docs and sent it ,However, no ack, no response, no update so far from #Jiocare
