What an incredible first day!
After a day of learning, the real action began as hundreds of students rolled up their sleeves and started building AI applications with the MCP using NitroStack. From brainstorming ideas to deploying prototypes, the venue was filled with creativity, collaboration, and nonstop coding.

A huge thank you to Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore, and their amazing volunteers and media team, who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure everything ran smoothly and to capture every memorable moment.

A special shoutout to NitroStack's engineering team for their dedication during the hackathon. They supported participants by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and helping builders overcome every obstacle.

Day 1 has set the bar high, and we can't wait to see the incredible demos that emerge from these projects.

Building MCP servers usually means wiring schemas, tools, resources, prompts, local testing, deployment, and client setup by hand.

I wanted to see how fast that could feel with @nitrostackai, so I built Flight Concierge MCP.

It lets AI agents inspect flight providers, search routes, compare options by price/duration/stops, and generate Google Flights / Skyscanner / Kayak links.

Every tool definition, schema, and usage instruction gets serialized into the model's context before any real work begins.

CLI pays near-zero context tax but requires the caller to already know what to run.
