@UbisoftSupport My account (since 2017) was compromised despite 2FA. The attacker disabled my 2FA, changed my email & password, and locked me out. This is a failure of Ubisoft’s account protections. I’ve opened Ticket #25890204

Day 2 of the Rainbow Six Siege Outage. Reality is starting to blur. I wake up instinctively checking servers. There’s no ranked, no customs, nothing. I caught myself holding an imaginary angle in my hallway. Time moves painfully slow. I don’t know how much longer I can take this.
