@RailMinIndia sir, indian railways had signed any mou with GOI regarding punctuality of trains. As I guess they are failed to do so and they score negative marks

@RailMinIndia sir I want to criticize your NTES app. This app is just waste of time and money. It will not give the clear position of train whereas other app such as " where is my train" which fetches data from your app/site but gives actual result. Have a look in this regards

@drmjabalpur @gmwcrailway You let all other to go smoothly but you take this train no 05070 taken for granted and stop it every station and pass other trains. I think now again nxt station is coming and it's time for another train to pass it shortly

@drmjabalpur @gmwcrailway @RailMinIndia congratulations to you both one another train is passing and Delaying this special train no 05070 is successful. It's my biggest mistake to travel in special train. It runs on your sympathy only. No body cares for punctuality of this train.

@drmjabalpur @gmwcrailway Sir , it's my pleasure if any one of you pl tell me how much time margin one should take before traveling. As how you calculate it is going our of my mind. The train which is running approx 8 hour delay with a group of trains.

Previously I'm having break up journey and it would take pretty good time but I'm just search my comfort and get my reservation in special train which would be mine biggest mistake. As I'm traveling with my family. EveRybody suffers alot.

@RailMinIndia sir I read somewhere in this season IR is running 1700 special trains. It's a great achievement. But it's my humble request you to please review your system of preparing time table for them try to made actual timing what they r likely to take

As they show the time taken for completion of journey is about 18 hours but due to ongoing traffic it takes 30 to 40 hours. On that time passenger may plan accordingly. I'm very happy for having clear reservation but if realise this much delay it would take I plan accordingly

@RailMinIndia @drmjabalpur @gmwcrailway why passenger pay for special train when rly is not serious to maintain the punctuality of that. Tr no 05070 is standing near katni for more than 3 hrs. Why normal fare is demanded by rly. It seems that we r paying less fare.

As per I know the current manual system of operating division at division/zone decides to operates the trains but using AI technique we are may achieve zero tolerance in running trai s on time.

@RailMinIndia sir I suggest you to use AI technology in running the trains with less error margin. I generally observed that there is a scope of using ai technique the traffic burden of platform may be reduced. Punctuality may also be maintained .
