He further proceeded to talk about the policy of theirs does not allow return of the said product because we had opened the product before the technical person arrived, even though we had sent an email immediately earlier of the defects as well.
The technical person who arrived immediately noticed the defects and took pictures & said he would also escalate the issue. I further got a call from the urban ladder team who had not even gone through what the technical person had submitted. I had to update him on the same.
We had opened the package to immediately notice multiple defects. We emailed the same to the team & they refused a return by claiming so many policies. But they arranged a technical person for installation & a check on the quality!
Extremely unprofessional customer service for a couch from @UrbanLadder! We had placed an order for a vendor product - The Libra 3 seater in beige. It got delivered & we were not updated for any installation & the delivery person informed us it's supposed to be fixed by us.
