Frustrated with zomato cancellation charges i ordered food in zomato as it showed 25 min in starting when the order confirmed it showed 55 min i cancelled immediately however zomato took our money not provided any food really getting fed up with online scams @zomatocare @zomato

@gopish89 @zomatocare @zomato I faced the same issue 2 weeks ago. No option to cancel even if u delay the order by an hour! 0 refund if customers cancel but u will resell the cancelled food as "food rescue" ! I get zomatoed almost in every other order!
