Thanks for sharing that – it sounds so familiar. For me, that long ‘just consuming’ phase (watching, reading, listening without creating) actually helped a lot in the end. I’m now somehow super inspired to make something of my own, which wasn’t as strong before.
But yeah, it annoys me a bit that I didn’t pick it up again earlier – if I had, maybe I wouldn’t need to rely on AI so much now and could do more by hand hehe 😅

Quick update on my Alice article: After just 3 days it's now also appearing in Google's People Also Ask (PAA) section, on top of Rank 1, AI Overview and several top images in search!
Note: The search „Alice im Wunderland gemeinfrei“ (public domain) currently ranks well mainly from Germany (German-language query). The article explains what is truly free to use under EU/German law – the original book and characters are public domain, while Disney trademarks still limit many commercial uses.
