BJP leader, Shantanu Mondal influenced the Baruipur police to release the 3 accused who were caught by the public and handed over to the police, as per the statement of this man in the video.
More surprising is the role of Suvendhu Adhikary who has asked the victims father to meet him on Tuesday in Kolkata a 50 km drive. The CM should have visited the victims family in Baruipur.
Making Hanuman ji dance in BJP rally doesn't hurt Hindu sentiments
Donation theft in Ram Mandir doesn't hurt Hindu sentiments
But Muslims having iftar on a boat hurt Hindu sentiments
Wah re sentiment !!
Former BJP leader Raja Singh has faced over 122 criminal cases, but rarely convicted. Why do case after case collapse in court? We examined more than 25 judgments, @PoojaPrasanna4 explains.

🇮🇷 Iran turned a funeral into coded messaging
Every foreign delegation in Tehran was walked past the coffins to a short Quran recitation, and each verse was chosen to say something.
🇸🇦 Saudi Arabia
Caught the sharpest one of the day, and the verse did the talking. The line ran, "...two armies that met in battle: one fighting in the cause of Allah and the other denying Him," a nod to the Battle of Badr fought on what is now Saudi soil, where a small believing force crushed a far bigger disbelieving one.
🇹🇷 Turkey
Drew a verse ranking those who go and fight above those who sit it out, a nudge to a partner Tehran wants leaning in, not watching.
🇱🇧 Lebanon's government
Got a passage scolding those who won't sacrifice when the call finally comes.
🇱🇧 Hezbollah
A few feet away, got the mirror image, a verse telling them not to weaken or grieve because they end up on top.
🇵🇸 Hamas
Read the lines about men who kept their covenant with God, some already martyred, some still waiting their turn.
🇾🇪 The Houthis
Praised as believers who fought and never buckled, a pat on the back for staying in the fight.
🇶🇦 Qatar
Still shuttling between Tehran and Washington, got the softest text of the day, forgiveness and divine favor, a thank-you dressed up as scripture.
Calculated down to the last verse.

For every one of ours you send to the hospital
Our resolve to see Dharmendra Pradhan fall becomes stronger
Salute to Danish for her inspiring spirit and strength!
Our hunger strike continues!
The assault and humiliation of a Muslim man in Barabanki, including forcing him to perform religious acts against his will, is deeply disturbing. Such acts are not expressions of faith but crimes that violate human dignity and the Constitution.
When vigilante groups believe they can assault citizens and publicly degrade them with impunity, it reflects a serious failure of governance under the BJP government.
We urge the Uttar Pradesh government to take stringent action against cow vigilante groups and ensure that no one is allowed to take the law into their own hands.

Chief Justice of India, Surya Kant, took cognizance first thing in the morning and banned school textbook that had a para on judicial misconduct. Even banned authors who wrote it. But he has been ignoring rape and death threats to a bold, young Muslim judge Tabassum Khan. Why?
There's a 700 crore medical scam unfolding in the national capital.
But the mainstream media is mute about it.
According to the Indian Express report, portable X-ray machines were billed at Rs 33 lakh, which cost Rs 10 lakh in the market.
Hospital sheets and even ORS sachets were billed at 3 to 6 times more than the actual cost.
Three people have been arrested, including former director of Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) of the Delhi government.
This is our money being siphoned off.
But where's the outrage?
The RSS is a wolf in sheep's clothing.
Dattatreya Hosabale's performative condemnation is not about exposing the loot of Ram Mandir funds. It is desperate damage control aimed at sanitising it.
The video's real purpose is to lend legitimacy to the UP government's SIT – constituted even before an FIR was registered, functioning without making its report public despite the sensitivity of the matter, and designed to protect the crocodiles while sacrificing a few expendable pawns.
The loot of Ram Mandir funds has deeply hurt the faith of Hindus across the country. But what adds insult to this injury is the RSS's sudden outrage over the alleged theft of Ram Mandir donations.
The truth is that if the RSS were sincerely committed to safeguarding devotees' donations, embezzlement on such a scale would never have taken place at a temple that is directly under its own watch.
This is the real face of the RSS: Piety is a performance; plunder is the profession.
"You should have made a Muslim part of the Ram Mandir Trust
so that when corruption would have surfaced, you could have simply encountered him & bulldozed his house CASE CLOSED"
Owaisi trolls the whole BJP brigade
This moving article on @UmarKhalidJNU in prison prompts a simple question: if he really has incited terrorism, why not prove it in a court of law? Why deny him the basic right of any Indian citizen accused of a crime, the right to a fair trial? Languishing six years behind bars, without a chance to defend himself legally, is a travesty of justice and a blot on our democracy. I think the people of India have a right to know why.
And what he says from prison is sad to read:

Unbelievable levels of Corruption
Rekha Gupta Govt buys bedsheets for hospitals
Market Price 150/-
Govt bought for 450/-
200% commission of each item.
Govt bought approx 16.5 lacs bed sheets for Delhi Govt Hospitals with total bed strength of 15.5K beds.
This means for 200 bedded hospital, they bought 20,000 bed sheets. And literally forced head of hospitals to take 20K bed sheets and store them in their hospital.
That’s how they scaled the buying to scale up their commission.

A California professor who was fired from her tenured position at a state university due to her on-campus pro-Palestinian activism will now get her job back after an arbitrator ruled her termination was excessive.
Sang Hea Kil, a tenured professor in the justice studies department at San Jose State University (SJSU), was fired in November over alleged policy violations pertaining to her attendance of three pro-Palestine protests on campus in 2024, one of which was the university’s Gaza solidarity encampment.
Kil was also the faculty adviser for Students for Justice in Palestine’s SJSU chapter and was co-chair of the Palestine, Arab and Muslim Caucus of the California State University faculty union.
Kil’s termination last November came after a months-long investigation that began in February 2024, followed by a year-long suspension. She became the first tenured faculty member of a public university to lose her job in connection with pro-Palestinian advocacy, according to the American Association of University Professors.
However, a third-party arbitrator has now found that California State University’s (CSU) dismissal was “excessive and disproportionate”. The arbitrator added that CSU could not prove that Kil was failing or refusing to perform her job duties as a professor.
She will now be returning to her post, with full backpay included. ❤️
