މާތްﷲގެ ޙަޟްރަތަށް ޙަމްދާއި ޝުކުރު ދަންނަވަން. އިސްލާމްދީނުގެ އަލިގަދަ ނޫރުން ދިވެހީންގެ ހިތްތަކަށް އުޖާލާކަން ލިބުނުތާ 900 އަހަރު ވެފައިވާއިރު، ދަރިފަސްކޮޅަކަށް ފަހު ދަރިފަސްކޮޅެއް ދިވެހީން މި ވޭތުކުރީ ދިވެހި ޤައުމިއްޔަތުގެ އެންމެ ވަރުގަދަ ތަނބަކީ އިސްލާމްދީން ކަމުގައި ޤަބޫލުކޮށްގެން. ދިވެހިންގެ އުޅުމާއި އާދަތަކާއި އެންމެހައި މުޢާމަލާތުތަކުގައިވެސް އިސްލާމީ ޘަޤާފަތާއި އުސޫލުތަކުގައި ހިފަހައްޓައިގެން. އިސްލާމްދީނާއި މި ޤައުމުގެ މިނިވަންކަމާ ދެކޮޅަށް ނުކުތް ކޮންމެ ދުޝްމަނަކާ ދެކޮޅަށް ﷲގެ މަގުގަައި ޖިހާދުކޮށްގެން.

ދިވެހި ޒުވާނުންގެ ކުރިމަގު ބައްޓަންކޮށް އުޖާލާކޮށް ދިނުމުގެ މުޅިން އާ ރާސްތާއެއް ފަހިކޮށްދިނުމުގެ ނިޔަތާއި އުންމީދުން ފުރިގެންވި ޢަޒުމާއެކު 01 އޮކްޓޫބަރު 2025 ގައި މި ސަރުކާރުން ފެށި ދިވެހި ވަޠަނީ ޚިދުމަތަށް މިއަދަށް މިވަނީ 1 އަހަރު ފުރިފައި. މާތް ﷲ އަށް ޙަމްދު ކުރާ ޙާލު، މި މުނާސަބާގައި، ދިވެހި ވަޠަނީ ޚިދުމަތުގެ ތަމްރީނުތައް ފުރިހަމަކުރި ޒުވާނުންނަށާއި ޢާއިލާތަކަށް ތަހުނިޔާ ދަންނަވަން. އަދި، ދިވެހި ވަޠަނީ ޚިދުމަތުގެ ކާމިޔާބު ޙަރަކާތް ކުރިއަށް ގެންދިއުމުގައި ޝާމިލުވާ ހުރިހާ ފަރާތްތަކަށް ޙައްޤު ޝުކުރު އަދާކުރަން.

ދިވެހި ވަޠަނީ ޚިދުމަތުގެ ތެރެއިން ކޮންމެ އަހަރަކު އެއްހާސް ޒުވާނުން ތަމްރީނު ކުރުމަށް ސަރުކާރުން ކަނޑައެޅި ލަނޑުދަނޑި ފުރަތަމަ އަހަރުވެސް މި ވަނީ ޙާޞިލް ކުރެވިފައި. މި ފާއިތުވެދިޔަ އެއް އަހަރު ވެގެންދިޔައީ، ޒުވާނުންނަށްޓަކައި، ދިވެހި ވަޠަނީ ޚިދުމަތުގެ ތެރެއިން ކާމިޔާބު އަދި އުފެއްދުންތެރި މަސައްކަތްތަކެއް ކޮށްދެވުނު 1 އަހަރަށް. ނޭޝަނަލް ސަރވިސް އިނީޝަލް ޓްރޭނިންގ ގެ ތެރެއިން 1028 ދިވެހި ޒުވާނުން ތަމްރީނު ކުރެވުނުއިރު، ނޭޝަނަލް ސަރވިސް ސްކިލް ޓްރޭނިންގ ޕްރޮގްރާމުން 136 ޒުވާނުން ވަނީ ތަމްރީނު ކުރެވިފައި.

މާތް ﷲ ގެ ހެޔޮ ރަޙުމަތާއެކު ދިވެހި ވަޠަނީ ޚިދުމަތުގެ ކުރިމަގު ފެންނަނީ ވަރަށް އުޖާލާކޮށް. އިރާދަ ކުރެއްވިއްޔާ، ނޭޝަނަލް ސަރވިސްގެ ތެރެއަށް ފަންނީ އިތުރު ދާއިރާތައް ތަޢާރަފްކޮށް، ނޭޝަނަލް ސަރވިސްގެ އިންޓަރންޝިޕް ޕްރޮގްރާމްތައްވެސް ތަޢާރަފްކުރެވޭނެ. އަދި، ނޭޝަނަލް ސަރވިސްގެ ތަމްރީނުތައް ފުރިހަމަކުރާ ޒުވާނުންނަށް ވަޒީފާގެ ފުރުޞަތުތައް ފަހިކޮށްދިނުމަށް ކުރާ މަސައްކަތުގައި ނޭޝަނަލް ކެރިއަރ ސަރވިސްގެ ދައުރު ފުޅާކުރުމަކީވެސް ސަރުކާރުގެ އަމާޒެއް.

The Ras Malé agreement envisages a US$20 billion Waterfront and Marina development across 500 hectares, delivered in phases over approximately 10 years. Plans include homes, hotels, resorts, a marina, shops, offices, and education and healthcare facilities.

At full maturity, expected in approximately 10 years, the development is projected to attract over 1 million visitors annually and generate around US$2 billion a year in tourism revenue for the economy, strengthening the Maldives’ tourism sector and supporting long-term economic growth.

ރާއްޖޭގެ ވިޔަފާރިއާއި އިޤްތިޞާދީ ތަރައްޤީއާ އެންމެ ބޮޑަށް ގުޅިފައިވާ އެއް މަޝްރޫޢަކީ، މާލޭ ވިޔަފާރި ބަނދަރުގެ ޙާލަތު ބަދަލުކޮށް، ޒަމާނީކޮށް، އަދުގެ އިޤްތިޞާދީ ހަޤީޤަތްތަކާއި ފައިހަމަކުރުން. ވިޔަފާރީގެ ކާރުބާރު ހަލުވިކޮށް ފަސޭހަކޮށްދިނުން.

މިކަމުގެ ޚިޔާލު މީގެ އެތައް އަހަރުތަކެއް ކުރިން ކަމާބެހޭ އިދާރާތަކުން ކުރަމުން ދިޔަ. ނަމަވެސް އެތައް ޒަމާނެއް ވެގެން ދިޔައިރުވެސް ރާއްޖޭގެ މައި ވިޔަފާރި ބަނދަރު އޮތީ އެންމެ ފުރަތަމަ މި ބަނދަރު މާލޭގައި ޤާއިމްކުރި މިންވަރަށް. ގެނެވިފައި ހުރީ ވަރަށް ކުދިކުދި ތަރައްޤީ.

މި ޙާލަތު ބަދަލު ކުރެއްވުމަށް އިސް ނަންގަވައި، އެކަމުގެ ޢަމަލީ މަސައްކަތްޕުޅު ފައްޓަވައި، ޤައުމުގައި ހުރި މި ނޫން މިފަދަ އެތައް ބޮޑެތި މައްސަލަތަކެއްވެސް ޙައްލުކުރައްވަމުން ރައީސް ޑރ. މުޙައްމަދު މުޢިއްޒު އެ ގެންދަވަނީ ހިކުމަތްތެރިކަމާއި އެކު.

ދުނިޔޭގެ މަސްރަޙަށް އަންނަ އެކި ބަދަލުތަކާއި، އިޤްތިޞާދީ އެތައް ގޮންޖެހުމެއްގެ ތެރޭގައި، ޤައުމު ނިކަމެތިވެގެން ދާން ދޫކޮށްލައިގެން ތިބެވެން ނެތްކަން ރައީސް ޑރ. މުޙަައްމަދު މުޢިއްޒު އެ ގެންދަވަނީ ހިތްވަރާއެކު ސާބިތުކޮށްދެއްވަމުން. ވެރިއެއްގެ ޒިންމާއަކީ ހުރަސްތަކާއި އުނދަގޫތަކާއި ކުރިމަތިލައްވައި، އިޙްލާސްތެރި މަސައްކަތެއް ކޮށްދެއްވައި، އެ ޙާލަތުން ޤައުމު މިންޖުކޮށްދެއްވުންކަން އެދަނީ ކަށަވަރުކޮށްދެއްވަމުން.

ރައީސް ޔާމީން މިއަދު ހަނދުމަފުޅުނެތީ ކަމަށް ވެދާނެ. އެހެންނަމަވެސް ރިޒޯޓުތައް ކުއްޔަށް ދޫކުރާ މުއްދަތު 99 އަހަރަށް ބަދަލުކޮށްފައިވަނީ ރައީސް ޔާމީންގެ ވެރިކަމުގައި.

ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގައި އެންމެ ފުރަތަމަ ޓޫރިޒަމާ ބެހޭ ޤާނޫނެއް އެކުލަވާލެވުނީ 1999 ވަނަ އަހަރު. އޭރު ޤާނޫނުގެ ދަށުން ޓޫރިސްޓް ރިޒޯޓުތައް ކުއްޔަށް ދެމުން އައިސްފައިވަނީ ގިނަވެގެން 25 އަހަރު ދުވަހުގެ މުއްދަތަށް. ޤާނޫނަށް ގެނެވުނު އިސްލާހަކުން އެމުއްދަތު 50 އަހަރަށް އިތުރުކޮށްފައިވަނީ 2010 ވަނަ އަހަރު ރައީސް ނަޝީދުގެ ވެރިކަމުގަ. އަދި އެއަށްފަހު މިމުއްދަތު 99 އަހަރަށް އިތުރުކޮށްފައިވަނީ 2015 ވަނަ އަހަރު ރައީސް ޔާމީންގެ ވެރިކަމުގައި.

މީގެ އިތުރުން ޓޫރިޒަމާބެހޭ ޤާނޫނުގެ 8 ވަނަ މާއްދާގައި ބަޔާންކޮށްފައިވާ ގޮތުން ޓޫރިސްޓް ރިޒޯޓެއް ކުއްޔަށް ދޫކޮށްފައިވާ 99 އަހަރުގެ މުއްދަތު ހަމަވުމުން، އެރަށެއްގައި ކޮށްފައިވާ އިންވެސްޓްމަންޓެއްގެ އަގުން ބަލަށް ކެނޑުމަށްފަހު ޖެހޭ އަގު އިންވެސްޓްކޮށްފައިވާ ފަރާތަށް ސަރުކާރުން ދައްކަންޖެހޭ.

މިއާ ހިލާފަށް ރަސްމާލޭގައި ހިންގުމަށް ރާވާފައިވާ މަޝްރޫއު ގަވަން ކުރާނީ މިހާރު އެކުލަވާލަމުން އަންނަ ރިއަލް އެސްޓޭޓް ޤާނޫނުގެ ދަށުން. މި މަޝްރޫއާ ގުޅިގެން މިހާތަނަށް ސޮއިކޮށްފައިވަނީ ހަަމައެކަނި ލެޓަރ އޮފް އިންޓެންޓް (ކޮމާޝަލް ޓަރމްސް އެގްރީމެންޓް) އެއްގައި. މަޝްރޫއު ފެށުމުގެ ކުރިން މި އެގްރީމެންޓްގައިވާ ޓަރމްސްތަކުގެ މައްޗަށް ބިނާކޮށް އިތުރަށް މަޝްވަރާކޮށްގެން އެކުލަވާލާ ޑެފިނިޓިވް އެގްރީމެންޓްތަކެއްގައި ސޮއިކުރުމުގެ އިތުރުން މިކަމާ ގުޅުންހުރި ޤާނޫނުތައް މަޖިލީހުން ފާސްކުރަންޖެހޭނެ.

މި މަޝްރޫއު ކުރިއަށް ގެންދިއުމުގެ ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގެ ޤާނޫނުއަސާސީއާއި ޤާނޫނުތަކާ ހިލާފު އެއްވެސް ކަމެއް ސަރުކާރުން ނުކުރާނެ.

Saddened by the loss of lives and hardships caused by the recent floods and landslides in Nepal following heavy rainfall.

My thoughts are with the families who have lost their loved ones, and who remain missing, and all affected communities. The #Maldives stands in solidarity with the people of #Nepal and wishes safety, strength, and a swift recovery to all those affected.

It is great to see the increase in people-to-people contacts, education and capacity building opportunities between the Maldives & the United States of America and the positive impact of the tourism, sustainable development and Maldives culture promotion.

I reaffirmed the Government’s commitment to people centric services, supporting and strengthening our engagement with Maldivian diaspora in the United States through @MDVinUSA.

ރަސްމާލޭން ޕްރޮޕަޓީ ގަންނަ ފަރާތުގެ މިލްކަކީ އެ ޕްރޮޕަޓީއެކެވެ. އެ ޕްރޮޕަޓީ ހިމެނޭ ބިމަކީ ދިވެހި ދައުލަތުގެ މިލްކެކެވެ. އެ ޕްރޮޕަޓީއެއް ވިއްކާލާނަމަ، ނުވަތަ އެފަރާތެއް މަރުވުމުން ވާރުތަވާނަމަ، ވާރުތަވާނީ ދިވެހި ސަރުކާރުން ބަލަންޖެހޭ ކަންކަން ބެލުމަށްފަހު ހުއްދަކުރާނަމައެވެ. ސަރުކާރުން ހުއްދަ ދޭނަމަ ހުއްދަ ދޭނީ އެކަމަށް ކަޑައެޅިފައިވާ ފީ ނެގުމަށްފަހުގައެވެ. އެހެން ކަމުން އޮޓަމެޓިކުން ވާރުތަވާނޭ ކަމަށް ބުނުމަކީ ޙަޤީޤަތާ ޚިލާފުވާހަކައެކެވެ. ރާއްޖޭގައި ހުރި ބޭރު ފަރާތްތަކުގެ ރިސޯޓުތަކާއި ވިޔަފާރިތަކަކީވެސް ވިއްކާ، ބަދަލުކޮށް، ވާރުތާ މުދާތަކެކެވެ.
އަދި ރަސްމާލެއިން ޕްރޮޕަޓީއެއް ގަތުމަކީ އެމީހާއާއި ޢާއިލާއަށް އޮޓަމެޓިކުން ވިސާ ލިބޭނެ ކަމެއްވެސް ނޫނެވެ. ވިސާ ދިނުމަކީ އިމިގްރޭޝަންގެ ޤާނޫންގެ ދަށުން ބަލަންޖެހޭ ކަންކަން ބެލުމަށްފަހު އެއިދާރާއިން ކުރާކަމެކެވެ. ވިސާ ދޫކުރުމާއި، ކެންސަލްކުރުމުގެ ބާރު އޮންނާނީ އިމިގްރޭޝަންގެ ޤާނުނުގެ ދަށުން އެއިދާރާއަށެވެ.
ދިވެހި ދައުލަތަކީ ފަޚުރުވެރި މިނިވަން ދައުލަތެކެވެ. ދިވެހި ދައުލަތް ތަނަވަސްވެ ތަރައްޤީ ވަމުން ދިއުމަކީ އިސްތިޤުލާލު ވަރުގަދަވެ، އެހެން ޤައުމުތަކުގެ ނުފޫޒުން ސަލާމަތްވެ އޮތުމަށް މުހިއްމުކަމެކެވެ. ދިވެހި ދައުލަތް މުއްސަދިވުމަކީ ދިވެހިރާއްޖެއަށް ނުފޫޒު ފޯރުވަން ބޭނުންވާ ފަރާތްތަކުން އެދޭނެ ކަމެއްނޫނެވެ.
