@RogersHelps So I was able to speak to someone in the "management" team who confirmed it's included on ultimate plans, but still seemed unsure. He admitted your teams have little information on it. Yikes. Fingers crossed I don't have any surprises next bill.

@Bell_MTSHelps Your staff is definitely not great at that process. Was transferred multiple times. At one point transferred to someone who spoke no english whatsoever and hung up on me. Lots of confusion over wireline services vs mobility. Overall terrible experience that took over 2 hours.
