Moment of transparency…I believe I’m a pretty strong person but dealing with grief has truly broken my heart in ways I can’t explain. August while being my birth month is always a tough month for me, it’s not easy to celebrate when my heart is weighed down with grief

I get soo triggered by ppl being passive aggressive because I experienced it all throughout my childhood. How you stop speaking to me because you’re upset don’t communicate that with me, go around me to make plans including me & when I see you act like nothing happened. Sick smh
