Take a look at the state of the air con vents blowing cool air, dust, nail clippings. This is on Eurostar 09141 14:52 to London St Pancras international. No wonder diseases move through the tunnel and globally on aircraft when we are this lax about hygiene.

So not only is Eurostar rolling stock old inefficient. We have been put into a carriage with restricted luggage space. Carpets are thread bare. You run reduced services still make profits and care zero for your customers. Not even a complimentary coffee.

So just been advised the 14:52 to London from Brussels, coach 1 has no air con and no one to repair it. So no been put into coach 18 with no thought or consideration for my booking. If not happy get a later train. Great customer service you incompetent company.

@Memento_Gallery @glorioushurt___ When I was living in France and due to letting rules in Europe, no one is allowed to be evicted from October to March. Also tenants sign a 5yr lease unlike here in the UK where 12mths is the norm.
I’m not sure in Italy but in France your rent was a maximum of a third of income,
