Neighbour's stupid tiny dog sometimes barks in the middle of the night and wakes me up. One night I started counterbarking back at it, saying "woof" after each of its yelps. Got a very peeved note from the neighbour next day.

The other streaming platforms put their prices up then months later gave a discount if you watch ads.

Amazon's structure meant it couldn't do that trick which psychologically would've felt better, because it doesn't want people to unsubscribe from Prime.

I've read past US studies that show Prime members spend so much more on Amazon, it could actually do the prime offering for free, but the fact you pay for it is what means people use it more so they 'get value' from it.

On a night out there was a broken down pizza scooter on the pavement. There was a pair of Levi 501s in the box. I took them home then had a crisis of guilt so washed and dried them and went and put them back. Always wondered whether the rider noticed their laundry had been done.
