@PrometricGlobal Just so you now its been 2 months since prometric accepted the request to issue me a refund and I still I haven't received anything. This has to be one of the worst customer support I've dealt with.
@PrometricGlobal is there anyway I can escalate a case I have open with candidate care? They were initially responding to me but I have not heard anything for 2 weeks now despite me sending chasing emails.
@F5Certified please can you help me out, I have tried to reschedule an exam like I have in the past but I have had to cancel due to no slots available to book in the whole of the UK. Is there any way of getting a refund as I would like to rebook in the future.
@AskAtlassian I understand you will be working hard to get this back up and running but maybe you should remove the following from your website during this outage. Also from an impacted customers point of view continuing to promote #AtlassianTeam22 is hard to see and in poor taste.
@AskAtlassian any update on your incident? We have been down for over 10 hours now....can't even raise a support case as you don't recognise our page url....
@AskVirginMoney please can you improve your app! If you are going to drop all online banking the least you could do is include simple functionality like ordering replacement cards, change addresses etc. I'm sure your call centre staff could do without these kind of calls.
