@UberUKI_Support And considering I live 4 minutes drive, and saw that Uber collected it at 20:18, why on earth was it not checked on collection to make sure it was still ok? NEVER USING UBER EATS AGAIN. ALWAYS HAVE ISSUES WITH MISSING FOOD, NO FOOD OR COLD FOOD.

@UberUKI_Support The receipt on the bag shows the food was placed in there and sealed at 19:31 and it was delivered at 20:28! Clearly not been kept in any warm bag as the hot food was all completely cold and unsafe to eat.

@SamsungUK I have been speaking to your chat regarding a voucher issue on your app.I was told that I would get a response from the promotions team, I received a response from the customer support team saying the code works at checkout. It doesn’t. This is ridiculous!

@parcelforce Can I ask why, after specifying “deliver to a neighbour” you sent my item to the post office, not even attempting to deliver my parcel to my neighbour? What is the point of giving a preference for delivery if it’s ignored by the driver?

@NespressoUK I have requested my pods be collected for recycling 3 times over the last 2 or so months and they have failed to be collected. Do you want me to recycle the 4 full bags of pods or would you rather I dispose of them in my general waste? So frustrating!
