I've got to give @EdWhelanEPPC credit for taking a principled stand on the GOP push to use recess appointments to staff Trump's new cabinet. He's taking a lot of heat for it from the party-over-principles crowd, and it's an admirable thing for him to do in this political climate
@bpolitics No reason Meadows shouldn’t be tried for abetting Trump’s treasous acts. Trump will pardon him, but the verdict should be on the record and in the public’s view.

Trump has now reaffirmed his plan to eliminate the U.S. Department of Education. For the record that department funds, among other things, all the special education and special needs program in public schools and public colleges in all 50 states.
