@ChrisSuchanWOAI Chris, help me understand this. If the river crested in Comfort at 160,000 + CFS, how is the crest in Spring Branch forecast to be less than half of that? I would think most of that water flowing through Comfort would end up flowing through SB?
@bethanyjbabcock Great analogy. From landlord perspective, this is most poignant in determining pass-through expenses. It’s a section of the lease that could be revisited by both parties several times.
