アニメーターの動画キャリアの大切さとは⁉︎
早く原画をやりたいと焦って��所属スタジオに内緒で原画をとる人がいますが、素人時代から名を馳せるようや天才クラスに上手くない、レイアウトはまず全修正、ほとんどのケースが制作のスケジュール穴埋め要員、エンディングにペンネームがのる自己満足で終わります。

実際にいきなりレイアウトで無修正はほとんどムリです。
そうなると新人原画マンに振る理由は第二原画でしっかりおさえてくれるから。
じゃあ第二原画のスキルアップのためには？
結局、自分の所属スタジオの動画をちゃんとやる事。
動画の原画トレスは原画でも作監修正のトレスをするし、修正が入ってない原画合わせはほとんど中割りです。

つまり目の前の動画スキルが第二原画に直結してます。
そして動画によりプロの目と手を鍛える事が1番大事な事。

作監、演出までつながるスキルが動画に詰まってます。
つまり早く出世したい人ほど目の前の動画を頑張ってください。

そしてできればクオリティの高い動画が出来る固定給がもらえるスタジオを目指してください。
いきなり第二原画、動画なしは修羅の道です。そのルートで成功した人もいますが、自分が凡才と思う人ほど上記の正攻法を目指してください。

@spywimindpalace I also like CSP but it has a huge performance issue. Whenever I play my animations it gets really choppy and laggy and when. I try other apps it's waayy smoother. The main reason I stick with CSP is because of the superior drawing tools and it's industry standard...
