Our layover was at @norfolkairport and my AirTag last updated 10 hrs ago when we were there, and now it’s not updating for my missing luggage.

My boyfriend and I’s suitcases were lost at @SanDiegoAirport with @BreezeAirways. Breeze customer service hasn’t been of any help! It’s all automated and we can’t speak to any human. Filed claims and haven’t heard much of anything yet. Need our bags for our trip!!! #help #lost
