So the regulations that don’t have specific or fixed penalties are governed under this regulation.

@DavidBrartkuux @Ethan27924309 @SkySportsNews But we’re not talking about laws, we’re talking about contractual regulations. Regulations do not have to define specific punishments to be enforceable. Courts would only overrule if EFL have broken their own rules or have been discriminatory.

An aging population means there’s less people working to do what’s needed to keep society running: doctors, engineers, emergency services, highways etc etc. Food you’ll need to buy as a pensioner still needs to be made and delivered by someone.
