@AirIndiaX 3rd instead of arranging an invoice in my name, standing there for 40minutes i am asked to go to Airline support to address the same conversation. What if i had missed my boarding by minutes,you guys would not have even dared to let me enter

@AirIndiaX Horrendous service, 30 minutes of just operational issues, in lieu staff asked to “next time bring change if you dont want hassle”, wow, on ground facility unable to resolve issue is now customer’s issue to bring change and too not billed under their name.
