When Yvonne Kontoz first brought this to the public jana I was shook.

Then I actually went to E-Citizen and paid a whole Ksh 620 to get that CR12 (Iliniwasha sana) I followed the trail and saw that number used to register the company does actually belong to Charles Tela Alusala- A known accountant of Kasongo!

Interestingly the woman who is cited as a director is a former teacher of a school called Naisabu Primary School in Kiminini!

Goes back to how innocent Kenyans agree to be used for these big tenders and are given handouts whilst the big boys make billions!

Yaani Kasongo is literally doing business with the govt! One police uniform was costed at 25,000Ksh and this was a whole 2.8Billion tender!

This is why there is no money circulation because clearly when only a few inside govt are doing business a whole eco system of players is edged out of the money flow. Your guess is as good as mine, that there could also be evasion of taxes!!
