So @KLM two canceled flights this morning, eventually arrived into Dublin seven hours late, missed my meetings and now no bag arrived! It’s pure joy flying with @KLM! Despite being a gold member, no assistance or service - people are in tears here in Dublin!

They declined my brothers claim stating air traffic control issues and they paid a friends claim. It’s clear @KLM are making up excuses to simply avoid paying claims. This is absolutely disgraceful. @SimonCalder

In September my flight from Aruba was delayed by 24 hours. We were told that the Captain was sick and there was no replacement. I was traveling with family and friends. @KLM have just reverted declining my claim, stating it was due to ‘mendetory (sic) security’.

The King and The Queen Consort will remain at Balmoral this evening and will return to London tomorrow.
