Jamaica's King of Dancehall, Anthony Moses Davis, popularly known as Beenie Man or The Doctor, has paid a glowing tribute to Zimbabwe's Zimdancehall king, Winky D.
Beenie Man described Winky D as his "bona fide brethren", a Jamaican expression for a true and trusted friend. He said their friendship goes back to before he first set foot in Zimbabwe in 2010.
The two artists have also recorded together on the hit song "My Woman", which they are expected to perform today at the Kadoma Music Festival, where they share top billing.
A fitting tribute from one king to another.
