@Swiggy@SwiggyCares@harshamjty— THIS IS NOT PARTNER SUPPORT. THIS IS HARASSING SMALL RESTAURANT PARTNERS WITH ENDLESS TEMPLATE REPLIES.
We have been following up for weeks on TWO unresolved issues:
🔴 GST Removal – Ticket #23026694
🔴 Payout Discrepancy – Ticket #23026658
GST issue: We already provided the acknowledgement requested by Swiggy on 2 Sep 2026. Yet your team keeps asking for the same acknowledgement again.
Then you claim that you “tried calling us.”
Yes, calls were received. But what actually happened?
1️⃣ First call — the representative spoke in Hindi, we tried to explain our concern, and the call was immediately disconnected without properly hearing or addressing the issue.
2️⃣ Second call — the phone rang for only two rings and was disconnected.
A call being made does NOT mean the issue was handled.
Payout issue: We have already provided the supporting details and screenshots regarding the payout mismatch. Instead of properly investigating and reconciling the discrepancy, we keep getting generic copy-paste responses asking for information already provided.
This is the cycle we are facing:
Raise issue → Template reply → Follow up → Template reply → Meaningless call → Follow up again → Same template reply.
How many times should a small restaurant partner repeat the same information before someone at Swiggy actually reads the email trail and investigates?
₹6.37 may be nothing for Swiggy, but unexplained payout differences and unresolved financial issues are NOT acceptable to a small business.
We are NOT asking for a favour. We are asking Swiggy to properly account for the money shown in its own records and resolve the issues we have already raised.
STOP sending template replies. STOP asking for information already provided. STOP wasting our time with meaningless calls.
Have a senior team review the complete email history, screenshots and tickets and provide an actual written resolution.
This is our experience as a Swiggy restaurant partner. Other restaurant owners deserve to know how partner support is being handled.
@Swiggy@SwiggyCares@harshamjty— Enough is enough. Review the evidence and RESOLVE both issues.
