I don't think we fully understand what tragedy, loss or failure does to faith.

These things completely discombobulate you and make you wonder about God. Holes are poked in your faith, sometimes over many years. It can be slow.

I think in my case, ultimately, I have no back up option. I don't have the constitution for the dark side. So when it comes to God, I die here. At the end of the day, he is the still the one I crave the most.
