I’ve always talked less because I’m an introvert.
Now that AI is getting smarter, I find myself needing human conversations less and less.
At this point, I respond only to people who consistently make me think or move me.

"But things won't ship on time!"
Startup: Time box efforts, not outcomes. Let tech lead manage capacity
BigCo: Partner with your TPM, don't compete with them
The moment you own the timeline, you lose the ability to negotiate scope.
Leaders: Clear ownership prevents double work.

While some people are debating if LLMs can reason…
Some others are busy applying LLMs to reasoning and hard coding problems and solving them
AI’s actions speak louder than human words
Recently, the CTO of Box ($3.5bn valuation w/ $1bn in ARR) said that the UI we use to interact with AI will need to change
His POV in a nutshell:
(1) Right now, when we interact with a chat-based AI system - We expect a near instant and first-pass-correct answer to our question
(2) Often times, we give the AI system a full legal contract / research heavy question (which would require opening dozens of tabs & doing a lot of cross checking)
- And, we expect the AI system to answer correctly in seconds
(3) Strangely, if we were to delegate the SAME task to a Research Intern, we would expect them to:
- Ask clarifying questions as progress is made on research
- Iterate to the “right” output (based on our feedback)
➡️The current context-less chat-based windows (e.g. Perplexity, GPT-4 etc) are fundamentally built for simple QnA and not for deep research (e.g. how point 3 above is done)
He has a point: So, what would the ideal “UI for AI” be? (I don’t have an answer just yet)
pretty soon many of us will prefer talking to AI bots (instead of humans) on a majority of topics.
simple reasons:
1. avg bot already way smarter than avg human
2. lower threshold of feeling judged by bots
3. bots will be much better at cutting biases in their responses

sentiment analysis
live meeting assistant
translation apps
language learning apps
music/singing generation
tutoring apps
interview prep apps
coding assistants
agent interaction
mental health
data science
live analysis wearables

storytelling
& more
LOL, imagine if GPT -5 is indeed mind-blowing, and you are one of those folks who went all in on Gemini or Claude.
you and your team spent months tuning, tweaking, and cajoling the LLMs to do your bidding 😱😱
and now, in one single instant, your app has become obsolete!
the prudent thing to do is not to be married to any one single LLM...🤣
We're still navigating the MS-DOS era of AI. Chat user experiences resemble outdated command-line interfaces. We linearly complete one task before starting another and produce too much text. We need a fresh approach, not just adding chatbots or assistants to existing software. Instead of typing commands, interfaces should anticipate our needs, allowing us to achieve results with a simple click
The first Ram Navami after the Pran Pratishtha in Ayodhya is a generational milestone, weaving together centuries of devotion with a new era of hope and progress. This is a day crores of Indians waited for. Innumerable people devoted their lives to this sacred cause.
May the blessings of Prabhu Shri Ram always remain upon us and guide our paths towards righteousness and peace, illuminating our lives with wisdom and courage.
