@lufthansa There is no point of having the alliance when you cannot manage your own…. Struggling to track my bags and been over 4 days now - 3rd Feb to today…… and its so tough to reach Lufthansa India staff who dont pick phones for all the numbers provided - PATHETIC is the one word

@vfsglobalcare - issues with my account which is apparently locked now. - was just trying to book appointment and they direct to a contact us page which doesnt work at all

@vfsglobalcare - perfect screen for customer complaints - my account got locked for trying to chk for available appointments a couple of times since nothing was available and they themselves stated to keep checking frequently and then they lock my account for suspicious activity

@SupriyaShrinate Supriya - incredible logic ….. its like the back bencher in the class - saying that the topper cannot get 90% marks because i cannot get & hence there is something wrong in the examination process / paper was framed for the topper etc … stop complaining & keep introspectng
