@Tukaram_IndIAS I have gone through the recommendations under DPC Order by you. Whether any study has been conducted regarding the invoice price on which taxes like GST/SGST are paid by the supplier to the consumer. This can be compared with the invoice price of manufacturer to the supplier.

@ShashiTharoor There is lot of hue and cry on this post. I checked the dictionary and Cambridge describes one of the meanings as: "an event or situation, especially an unexpected one, in which there is worry or excitement and usually a lot of action." We are used to drama as 'natak' .

I read the other day that most of these culprits are out on bail very soon. it needs to be checked whether the law needs to be stronger or those opposing the bail are lacking or there should be some coordination and consultation with judiciary in this regard.
