Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Affairs welcome a delegation from Rwanda Cooperation on Monday, April 27, 2026, as part of the needs assessment process for the implementation of the Integrated Electronic Case Management System (IECMS) across Jamaica’s justice sector.

The visit forms part of the landmark IECMS project, signed on November 12, 2025, between the governments of Jamaica and Rwanda.

This three-year phased initiative will support the modernisation of Jamaica’s justice system by digitally connecting courts and key justice sector stakeholders to improve collaboration, efficiency and transparency.
