Why can't @NITAUganda1 copy, passport processing has also improved of late but National ID processing is 😔

WATCH: Alliance for National Transformation (ANT) leader Gen Mugisha Muntu has criticised the manner in which the former Kampala Lord Mayor was arrested, saying that while arrests are a normal part of law enforcement, they should be carried out with dignity and respect. Muntu said the former Lord Mayor could simply have been summoned. He also urged those in government to promote practices and institutions they would be comfortable with once they leave office.
