Rape is one of the hardest crimes to prove and what you say is 100% untrue. Going to the hospital after a rape doesn't guarantuee someone to be convicted at all. If you don't want people to spread lies about the suspect, you should do the same with the alleged victims. They are also innocent untill proven guilty.
