we can think of no other reasonable conclusion than his actions were a deliberate attempt to circumvent the democratic process due to his group being short on number and likely lose a vote on the recommendations contained in the paper as a result. (9/10)

BUDGET UPDATEWhilst we are disappointed that other parties could not support our budget today which saw our group proposing to invest in the services the people of North Lanarkshire told us were important to them, we are particularly astounded at the comments made by (1/6)
