At the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association’s Young Legislators’ Conference in Bhopal, I addressed young legislators from Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh on the idea of a Viksit Bharat@2047.

The conversation was not merely about the future we wish to inherit, but the future we must consciously build. I reflected on the need for a new political paradigm, one that rises above division, dismantles the forces that have long impeded our progress, and places integrity, collaboration, and nation-first thinking at the heart of public life.

Through platforms like the National Legislators’ Conference Bharat @nlcbharat , we are striving to create a space where young legislators move beyond partisan silos, exchange ideas and successful models of governance, and work together with a shared resolve for an inclusive, empowered and united Bharat.
