@lufthansa Worst customer service ever, I hope people can see this and choose NOT to fly Lufthansa. I am a star alliance gold member, LH broke my €500 Victorinox bag and it's been a nightmare since. Filed a claim 6 weeks ago and no one is willing to help. @lufthansa you should be ashamed!!
