@getajobmike @nateberkopec I think that’s mixing the idea of CPU quotas and CPU affinity. The quota can be filled by any mix of cores. Affinity ties your container to a fixed set of cores. With a 1 CPU quota you can have 36 processes running on 36 cores for 1/36 of each core’s available cycles.
