Absolutely shocking customer service from @virginmedia today. Been a loyal customer for 20 years and have now had to disconnect my services because they simply cannot look after their customers.

Actually embarrassed to say I bought the @lookfantastic Advent Calendar, it does not represent good value for money at all, I don’t even look forward to opening it now. Shame when I saved up my hard earned money for something so disappointing, feel like I’ve been robbed.
