@WillarShoko Well, that's to be expected. Constraint is capacity per geographic area. It's going to be a struggle even with some extra engineering e.g ground stations (lol I'm not triggering you), reallocating capacity geographically, better frequency reuse, etc.

At lower altitude each satellite covers less of the earth. Then you have to deal with much more atmospheric drag. That is the biggest issue.
