100% correct…easiest thing to do is allow LCGE to be used more than once in our lifetime. Why can a home builder get capital gains exemption on every house they build but someone who starts and runs a company only receives $1.25m exemption once in their lifetime? @buildcanada

The current limits in the context of inflation and remaining competitive with other markets is off base. Home builders get capital gains exemptions on every home they build as long as it classifies as primary residence.
