Firstly, Cars are not designed only for engine hitting passengers, there are many other safety factors. Engine is just one of them.

Also,

Bikes are light because they are built for just 1–2 people without heavy safety or luxury features.

Cars are heavy as it's built strong, safe, comfortable, carry several passengers, carry luggage.

This is why it needs large frames, safety reinforcements, bigger engines, systems, ac, airbags, etc.

Also, I have a Xuv700 which is big enough car and it is 1900kg. Creta is 1300 kg

3000kg are Bullet Proof Armoured Vehicles. Not common cars.
