For the last 7 years I've been building back-office systems - the kind that quietly automate how companies actually run.
The last few of those years I've spent as CTO of a school built around communication and management.
Now I'm scaling that skill into something of my own: an AI automation agency.
The idea is simple. I come in with real engineering depth, learn how your business actually works, and build automation + AI solutions around your real problems — not generic templates. And the patterns that repeat across clients turn into products I deploy.
I'm starting niche - with education and training companies, the world I know best.
If you've got a question about automation or putting AI to work in your business, my DMs are open. Always happy to talk.
Today is day two of cold outreach and here's the thing.
So far not a single positive reply, well actually just 2 replies total, one off-topic, the other a rejection
Overall out of around 20 messages that's actually not bad
The only problem is I've been replying less on X because of this, which slowed down my growth.. or rather stopped it
Today, for the first time in my life, I actually did cold outreach.
I was messaging sales schools, and being a complete beginner at this, I got my first reply - where they gave me advice on how to sell better 😀
A success?
today I'm launching my AI agency for process automation
Starting with the online schools segment since it's the most familiar niche for me.
If you know anyone who might be interested, I'd love if you shared it!
@PratikSinhatwt this was always the easiest part. The most reliable sign of a dead startup is if the founder struggles with building the product (99% of cases)
