8 weeks post-op!! Hit many milestones: got full range of motion back, began to lift weights, learned more about coaching, pushed myself on the exercise bike, and even started to swim. Can’t wait to continue to work to be back! Two months down, more obstacles to overcome! 💪❤️‍🩹⚽️

Yesterday I had surgery for my left ACL! I tore it two weekends ago. Thank you to the amazing Dr. McAdams and the team at @SU_SportsMed for taking great care of me. Recovery will not be easy, but I am committed to rehabbing well and returning stronger and smarter #comebackseason
