Today, 6McK enjoyed another fabulous yoga 🧘‍♀️ 🧘‍♂️ session with Leanne. Today we focussed on the importance of SLEEP. We considered the importance of a good bedtime routine and what happens to us when we don’t get enough sleep 😴. @swalneyj
