Our petition questions the authenticity and legality of #MDCAT. Even if PMC issues merit list before 16th it doesn't affect us petition as if the Court agrees that MDCAT should be reconducted or questions deleted than merit list won't matter. Process would have to be done again.

Our petition on 29Nov #MDCAT has been filed before Hon' SHC, hearing is on Mon 7Dec. We've prayed for reconducting MDCAT or alternatively deleting out of syllabus questions board wise, in interim halt admission process in medical unis, audit of PMC, proper Covid SOPs if reconduct

Update! Hon SHC issues detailed Order in our petition which was filed to challenge PMC taking #MDCAT on 2 different dates. Though SHC allowed PMC to conduct test on 2 diff dates it has directed PMC to release a single merit list announcing result of both 29th & 13th test together
