I have bgt a powerbank amazonbasic brand from @amazonIN
It is not charging to its full capacity and discharge in 10-20 mins even after 8-10 hrs of charging, raised for warranty claim, clicktech is playing game even after sharing the below video,literally torturing @AmazonHelp

Why I am unable to place any order, it says suspicious order and cancel it automatically, i have been a customer of Amazon from almost 10-12 years
