At £45-55 a kilo locally for beef you can GFY when online large suppliers sell at £15 delivered for the same quality if not better. The local shop has to pay massive overheads like council rates/taxes etc. Unfair but i'm not paying an extra £30-40 just for local taxes or wages where butchers just stand around all day doing FA.

Cruciferous vegetables are full of cancer causing chemicals (natural oxalates, lectins and man made glyphosate). I can't wait to get better eating that. My exzema was caused by eating this 'health' food. I'm now on high fat diet (meat and fat only 50/50 and getting well again. No toxic veg needed.

I'll pass on all that BS. Mostly high histamine stuff listed and with a bad gut will be a disaster leading to food intolerance/allergies. Your own natural gut bacteria will fix most things in half the time. Pre/probiotics are a con and can delay recovery by months and can cause other problems. Just fast for a few days and let the body fix itself.
