@GrapeTepid@abrazomack Yep if it's pretty much worthless land, get the one time pop in construction jobs plus grt benefit and this is a solid deal for NM. I'm sure there will be a few ongoing jobs created for maintenance, that's a big farm to keep up.
@abrazomack@GrapeTepid Definitely not all of it gets abated, probably about 1/6. We've got it on hiway house and are anticipating paying about $2.4 in grt and getting about $400k back. It would be amazing if we got all of it back.
