Now I can firmly say, Flipkart is the most irresponsible online platform in India

Ordered a phone from Flipkart on the 8th, promised delivery on the 10th. It reached the nearest hub on the 10th, but the delivery agent called only on the 15th. After waiting and rescheduling, I still haven’t received it.
This is seriously damaging my trust in Flipkart.
